AC220V STC-1000 refers to a digital temperature controller that operates on 220V AC. The STC-1000 is a popular and affordable temperature controller used in applications like home brewing, aquarium temperature control, incubators, and HVAC systems.
Voltage: Works on AC 220V (some versions support AC 110V).
Temperature Range: Typically -50°C to 99°C (-58°F to 210°F).
Dual Relay Output: Can control both heating and cooling devices.
Temperature Probe: Uses an NTC thermistor sensor for accurate readings.
Control Mode: Allows users to set temperature thresholds to automatically switch between heating and cooling.
Display: LED digital display showing real-time temperature.
User Adjustable Settings: Configurable hysteresis, delay time, and calibration.
How It Works
The STC-1000 has two relay outputs: one for heating and one for cooling.
You set a target temperature, and when the actual temperature falls below or rises above the setpoint, the controller activates either the heating or cooling output.
It uses a thermistor probe to monitor temperature and maintains the desired temperature range by switching the connected devices on/off.
Applications
Home Brewing/Fermentation Control (Maintaining the right fermentation temperature)
Aquariums (Keeping fish tanks at optimal temperatures)
Incubators (Maintaining steady heat for eggs)
Greenhouses (Regulating air temperature)
Refrigeration and HVAC (Temperature-sensitive environments)
